Bandido has not wrestled in over a year, but a new report provides an update on his recovery.
The former ROH World Champion last wrestled on the June 16th, 2023, episode of AEW Rampage, where he lost to Konosuke Takeshita. He suffered a broken wrist in the match, and he had surgery. He then had a second surgery in December 2023. As previously reported, he was still not cleared in July, and his next exam was set for the end of the month.
In the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Dave Meltzer reported that Bandido still has not been cleared. However, he should be soon. Further details are unavailable at this time.
