Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes has reportedly landed a movie role.
Russ Weakland and Nola Ojomu of DailyMail.com report that Cody Rhodes has been cast in the upcoming Naked Gun reboot, which is set to include Liam Neeson and Pamela Anderson.
The report cites insiders who note that Rhodes will make a cameo, and he “may be hypnotized” in a nod to the original movie. The source stated that Rhodes might end up playing himself in the film. This source also said that the role might be a cameo, but Cody’s role was still important. The Naked Gun reboot is directed and executive produced by Akiva Schaffer, and it is set to hit theaters on July 18, 2025.
