According to TBR Football, Manchester United are set to rival Liverpool for the 20-year-old’s signature.
Journalist Graeme Bailey told TBR Football: ” Fernandez is likely to make the switch to Europe in the near future.
“TBR has been told that England is his most likely destination.
“Manchester United are looking to move into the cross-Atlantic market themselves under Ineos, while Brighton have enjoyed real success with Alexis Mac Allister, Moises Caicedo and co.”
