Another WWE contract is reportedly set to come up in the next few months.
Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful (via Fightful Select) reports that Natalya‘s deal is up “within the next couple of months.” Per Sapp, talks have not taken place between the two sides. Natalya is the longest-tenured female wrestler on WWE’s roster. She has been with the company since she signed a developmental deal in 2007. Natalya is a former SmackDown Women’s Champion, Divas Champion, and WWE Women’s Tag Team Champion.
As previously reported, other stars, including Drew McIntyre, Becky Lynch, Seth Rollins, and Finn Balor, have their deals coming up as well. Sapp notes that EVP of Talent Dan Ventrelle is out from WWE as well. Several have pointed the finger at him as the reason why many deals have neared expiration. Per Sapp, he had been discussing several new deals. However, he was not seen as an appropriate fit for his position.
WrestleZone will provide more information as it becomes available.
