The March 1 episode of WWE SmackDown opened with a buzzworthy segment, as The Rock responded to Cody Rhodes’ challenge to a singles match. However, random blackouts impacted the opening chunk of the broadcast, and many fans questioned the cause.
Mike Johnson of PWInsider reports that a fan in the crowd had a “Die Rocky Die” sign that FOX was censoring with the blackouts.
The sign can be seen below:
The Rock's segment on SmackDown featured several black screens, reportedly to black out a "Die Rocky Die" sign.
