TNA is reportedly planning on bringing in a former AEW star who previously had a prominent run in the company.

Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful (via Fightful Select) reports that, per sources, TNA is planning on bringing in Mike Santana, who wrapped up with AEW in March. Santana had been with AEW since 2019, as he signed with the company after he left TNA, which was then known as IMPACT Wrestling. Santana has been active on the independent scene in recent months. Among other promotions, he has worked for HOG, where he holds the HOG World Heavyweight Championship.

Santana previously worked for the company from 2017 to 2019. He and Ortiz are four-time IMPACT World Tag Team Champions. Ortiz remains with AEW, as he and Santana split up while Santana was still with the company.

WrestleZone will provide more information as it becomes available.
