It sounds like Bobby Lashley‘s latest run in WWE will be ending sooner rather than later.
It was reported last month that Bobby Lashley’s WWE contract would be expiring “in the next month or so.” According to a new report, it sounds like that day is fast approaching.
According to Fightful’s Sean Ross Sapp (via Fightful Select), Lashley’s WWE contract is set to expire this weekend. In addition to that, Sapp notes that his former Hurt Business stablemate MVP‘s contract has already expired.
Those within WWE that Sapp has spoken to believe that Lashley is done with the company and there are no creative plans set for him going forward.
While Lashley’s name has been discussed backstage in AEW as of late no contract offer has been made as he is still under contract to WWE.
Stay tuned to WrestleZone for more information on Bobby Lashley’s impending free agency as it becomes available.
