Warner Bros. Discovery has reportedly been happy with AEW Dynamite‘s viewership in recent weeks.

Per Mike Johnson of PWInsider, a WBD source stated that they have been “very happy” with the way Dynamite’s audience, demo, and rating have risen over the last four weeks.

AEW is at a key point this year, as its media rights deal with Warner Bros. Discovery is coming up. Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful (via Fightful Select) has reported that a deal is expected to be kept close to the vest, with a potential announcement more likely for summer or fall.

The two sides will remain in an exclusivity window into the summer. This report noted that WBD had interest in adding AEW pay-per-views to the Max streaming service, and they have been in talks with AEW about it. AEW recently denied being disappointed by an offer from WBD.

AEW Dynamite currently airs on TBS. The show initially aired on TNT, which is now the home of AEW Collision and Rampage.
