Zak Knight’s time with AEW has reportedly come to an end.
Mike Johnson of PWInsider reports that Knight, the brother of former AEW Women’s World Champion, is no longer with the company. The report notes that the word making the rounds is that his deal recently expired. Further details were not provided.
Knight started making appearances for ROH in late 2023 before he became a featured part of AEW Rampage. He has been absent from AEW since he worked a dark match in June 2024. Knight has not had a televised match for AEW/ROH since May. He has since wrestled for a few promotions in the United Kingdom, but he has not had a match since January.
Knight becomes the latest talent to part ways with AEW. Ricky Starks, Rey Fenix, Penta, Miro, and Malakai Black have left the company recently.
