Tori Spelling sobbed over her single status on her latest podcast episode.

The “Beverly Hills, 90210” alum was chatting with guest Aubrey O’Day about dissecting her “very odd relationship with men” with a new therapist on Friday when she broke down in tears.

“I’m now 51 and single again with five kids. So, I don’t even know where I stand in the future,” the actress said on “Misspelling.”

Spelling, who co-parents Liam, 18, Stella, 16, Hattie, 13, Finn, 12, and Beau, 8, with estranged husband Dean McDermott, tearfully added, “I just don’t want to be alone.

“I don’t want to die alone,” she continued while crying. “I don’t know what I’m doing right now.”

After a comforting embrace from O’Day, 41, Spelling described them both as “strong” individuals.

“They should sample my DNA when they f–king go to the next world war,” the former reality star said. “Whatever the f–k I am, I’m resilient, but what does it mean at the end of the day?”

Tori and McDermott, 58, were married for 17 years before the actor revealed their separation via Instagram in June 2023.

Nearly one year after the quickly-deleted upload, Spelling filed for divorce — and told her ex that she did so as part of her podcast’s premiere.

The “Masked Singer” alum previously teared up over her divorce and subsequent “fight or flight mode” on a December 2024 “Misspelling” episode.

“I don’t feel like I deserve anything,” she admitted to listeners at the time, acknowledging her inability to give her brood a “stable” upbringing.

“The love’s there, but they’re on this rollercoaster with me, unfortunately,” Spelling explained.

In addition to divulging her current ups and downs, the “Scary Movie 2” star often gives rare insight into her past hookups on her podcast.

In recent episodes, she has detailed the threesome that convinced her she was “into boys,” her first time sleeping with “BH90210” co-star Brian Austin Green and more sex confessions.

Spelling was most recently linked to Ryan Cramer in November 2023, with McDermott going public with girlfriend Lily Calo the previous month.
