‘RHOBH’ alum Camille Grammer shows off ‘new look’ after having breast implants removed

Camille Grammer revealed her “new look” after undergoing cosmetic surgery.

“New Year, new look,” the “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” alum captioned a bikini-clad selfie shared to Instagram on Thursday.

“I was over the look of my implants and wanted the natural look. I feel much better without them.”

Grammer, 56, went on to thank plastic surgeon Dr. Robert Cohen, who was responsible for her physical transformation.

For her post-surgery reveal, the reality star sported a teal two-piece with gold accents on her bikini bottoms.

The Bravo personality added a straw beach hat and oversized black sunglasses to complement her swimsuit.

Grammer’s followers reacted to her “new look” in the comments section.

“Got mine out years ago and never regretted it!! Happy New Year!” one admirer wrote in response to the “RHOBH” alum’s cosmetic procedure.

Another fan echoed, “Amazing, it was the best thing I ever did.”

Gretchen Rossi — who previously starred on “The Real Housewives of Orange County” — also applauded Grammer’s decision.

“Omg so amazing love! You look great,” the former Bravolebrity, 46, wrote — to which her pal replied, “@gretchenrossi thank you! ❤️.”

Sutton Stracke — who’s currently starring on “RHOBH” Season 14 — also chimed in, writing, “Yep.”

Grammer hasn’t shied away from sharing swimsuit snaps in the past, including rocking a pink one-piece during a summer 2022 vacation to Hawaii and a plunging white design in July 2021.

Aside from celebrating the new year with a new figure, Grammer also kicked off 2025 with a getaway to the Aloha State with her loved ones.

“Happy New Year from Hawaii! Celebrating with friends and family. ‘Here’s to a year of blessings and beyond. Happy New Year 2025!'” she captioned a carousel shared to Instagram on Wednesday.

Grammer’s daughter, Mason, and son, Jude, were both featured in the snapshots. The “Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip” star and her husband, David C. Meyer, were also seen posing for a sweet selfie.

The Bravolebrity was previously married to Kelsey Grammer from 1997 to 2010. She shares her two children with the “Frasier” star.
