Kathy Hilton is being slammed online for not taking Sutton Stracke’s recent health scare seriously.
During part three of “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” Season 13 reunion, Stracke, 52, suffered a medical emergency that had her shaking with high blood pressure shortly after Hilton made a surprise appearance.
During Wednesday’s episode, Hilton, 65, shrugged off her former co-star’s emergency as a “hot flash” and was seen scrolling through her phone while having a casual conversation with Erika Jayne about how she “didn’t get to enjoy” the holiday season.
Fans are appalled by Kathy Hilton after she showed no sympathy for Sutton Stracke, who experienced a medical emergency during the third part of the “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” Season 13 reunion. As Stracke was being checked out by a paramedic, Hilton was filmed having a casual conversation with Erika Jayne while scrolling through her phone.Plus, when Stracke said she got “scared,” Hilton mockingly asked why.
Hilton also joked that the Sutton Concept creator pretended to be ill because Sutton knew Hilton “was about to go after her next.”
“I was about to [go after her]. I think she knew it. It’s a good way to get out of being here,” Hilton laughed.
She shrugged off Stracke’s scary situation as a “hot flash.” Hilton also accused her former co-star of faking an illness because she knew she was “about to go after her.”Fans were disgusted by Hilton’s lack of empathy, with one tweeting on X, “KATHY IS WILD FOR THIS! Like what the actual… Did she just drag Sutton while she’s like having a panic attack and then carry on having a casual convo with Erika about the holidays and replying to some texts?”
“It’s rude and uncaring. Erika cares about no one but herself,” another complained, with a third viewer labeling her response as “disgusting and heartless.”
“So she willed her blood pressure and pulse up to dangerous level. Man, she is amazing,” another user sarcastically commented.

She was also fighting a “severe case of bronchitis,” which impacted her life for weeks.
A paramedic on set told Stracke her blood pressure was high, so she decided to seek treatment at the hospital. She was later diagnosed with exhaustion and dehydration, she told Page Six.“I was really down for about 10 days. I had to shut my life down, which is very difficult for me,” the entrepreneur told Page Six. “And it took about six weeks for me to feel 100 percent again.”
And although Hilton appeared to not care about Stracke’s medical emergency on camera, Stracke told Page Six a completely different story.
Stracke also told Page Six that Hilton reached out to her following her hospitalization. She recalled, “Kathy was calling me when I got out of the emergency room that night, checking on me.”“We’re very good friends. Kathy was like, ‘What’s going on?’ Kathy was calling me when I got out of the emergency room that night, checking on me.”
“The entire cast checked on me, not just one day but several days.”
At the end of Wednesday’s episode, Bravo assured fans that Stracke is doing well. “After a brief stint in the ER Sutton is back home and making a full recovery with her dogs and Avi right by her side,” the on-screen update read.
