Kyle Richards says that if she and Mauricio Umansky divorce, she will be walking away with half of everything as he was broken when they first got together.
“We did not have a prenup. My husband did not have a penny when I married him. He was in the clothing business when I met him making no money. My mom lent us money when were first married. There was one Christmas we didn’t have any money for Christmas presents. My mom gave him money and his grandparents helped us so we built everything together,” Kyle said on SiriusXM’s Jeff Lewis Live.
She added, “He didn’t have any money when I married him and it’s our money. Let’s be very clear about that. It’s very clean cut. Everything is half regardless.”
Kyle and Mauricio’s combined assets are estimated to be worth more than $100 million. She added that Maurcio did not want their separation made public.
