Robert Downey Jr. Represents Avengers at Chris Hemsworth's Walk of Fame Star Ceremony, Playfully Drags Costar

Robert Downey Jr. poked fun at Chris Hemsworth on behalf of the Avengers while attending the Thor star’s Walk of Fame Star Ceremony on Thursday (May 23) in Hollywood, Calif.

The Iron Man actor attended the event alongside Chris‘s Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga costar Anya Taylor-Joy.

When he took the stage to deliver a speech, Robert shared the responses that he got from the rest of the original Avengers when he asked them to describe Chris in a few words.

Hawkeye actor described Chris as “absurdly, annoyingly amazing. Mark Ruffao (Hulk) joked that he was a “friend from work.” Black Widow actress Scarlett Johansson noted that he was a “sensitive leading lady.” Captain America star and fellow Hollywood Chris Chris Evans described him as the “second best Chris.”

“I’ll bring it to the here and now: There is no one who deserves it more. He is ‘Hollywood star recipient,’” Robert said, via Variety.

Marvel head Kevin Feige, Furiosa director George Miller and producer Doug Mitchell were also present to celebrate Chris. We’ve got photos of them in the gallery!
