Roman Reigns has many questions for Paul Heyman.

Following his loss to Cody Rhodes at WrestleMania 40, Roman Reigns disappeared from WWE television, with “The Wiseman” Paul Heyman” unable to reach him. Fast forward to November, Reigns finally called Heyman back, specifically when looking for a fifth member for his WarGames team. Heyman’s phone line, however, had seemingly been disconnected as Reigns was met with the automated message of “the number you have reached is not in service.”

During a recent appearance on SI Media With Jimmy Traina, Reigns addressed his previous absence as well as Heyman’s.

“Paul’s been incredibly shady if you ask me,” Reigns said. “People ask me and I’ve seen some of the speculation of ‘Well you didn’t answer his phone calls,’ and all this and that, but at the end of the day, when I take my leave, there’s no question of what I’m doing. I’m recessing back to family to change the hat, to put on that fatherhood, had to refocus. That way I can come in and come back and dominate and run the show and represent my family at the highest capacity, at the highest standard possible. There’s no questions when I leave. The question is what happened with him?”

Reigns Has Many More Questions For The Wiseman

On last week’s episode of WWE SmackDown, Reigns received one answer when Heyman returned to reveal CM Punk as the final piece to the original Bloodline’s team for WarGames. On a broader scale, though, Reigns still has yet receive the specifics of Heyman’s whereabouts after he was attacked by the Solo Sikoa-led Bloodline in June.

“There’s a lot of things that we just haven’t had the time to really dive into,” Reigns said. “That’s just been kind of this train wreck of a return that it’s been for me. I thought wearing the crown was a hell of a burden. Trying to put all the pieces together when power behooves you is incredibly difficult.

“So yeah, right now I have just as many questions for the Wiseman as you,” Reigns continued. “Just haven’t had the time due to our busy schedules moving in and out. I don’t stay in the towns. I jet in and out that day and that night, so he doesn’t get much of my time when he does. But like you said, there’s a lot of questions that need to be answered, for sure.”
