WWE’s 2024 Crown Jewel event went down last weekend, and the fallout was intense, especially with The Bloodline. Roman Reigns suffered a clean loss to Solo Sikoa in Saudi Arabia, but then Roman and The Usos fought back to go over in the end. Sami Zayn had a big part in that, and they carried on with that angle this week.

After the match, the new Bloodline attacked Jimmy Uso. Roman Reigns watched from the ring, unable to help, as they dragged him to ringside where Tama took him down with a headbutt. They prepared to triple powerbomb him through the announce table, but Jey Uso stepped in to stop them.

The new Bloodline then beat down Jey Uso in the ring. Solo Sikoa received a steel chair, which he wrapped around Jey’s head. Suddenly, Sami Zayn entered the ring to a huge reaction from the Saudi crowd. As they chanted “Sami Uso,” Solo suggested Sami join the new Bloodline. Sami appeared to go for a hug, but instead hit Solo with an Exploder suplex. Roman Reigns jumped in, and Solo was left surrounded by the old Bloodline. In a final clash, Sami went for a Helluva Kick, and Roman went for a Spear, but they collided, allowing Solo to escape.

Sami Zayn was on hand during the November 8 WWE SmackDown, Sami Zayn had a chance to state his case, and fans were anticipating quite a segment with the Honorary Uce and the Original Bloodline.

WWE SmackDown opened this week with Roman Reigns making his way to the ring with Jimmy Uso by his side. Before Roman had a chance to speak, Jey Uso’s music went off and he made his way out from the back, and not through the fans as he usually does.

Jey Uso said that there is a lot of misunderstanding, and he asked Roman Reigns to hear Sami Zayn out before the Underdog from the Underground made his entrance. Sami started by stating his case with Roman Reigns as he brought up how long it’s been since he shared a ring with the OTC.

Sami Zayn told Roman Reigns that he’s only listening to him because he wants the original Bloodline back. Zayn said the opposite of love is indifference, but that’s not how Roman feels. Sami then said that he believes Roman loves him, and he called out the OTC for smirking.

After saying that it could be like old times again, Sami Zayn put the ball in Roman Reigns’ court. If Roman wants Zayn to never be a part of Bloodline business again, then he will walk away, but Sami said that’s not what Roman wants. Zayn only wanted an apology from Roman Reigns.

As fans chanted “hug it out,” Roman Reigns took his time before replying. Sami then said the apology isn’t to him, it is for Jey Uso. That is exactly what Roman Reigns did, but he turned it around to say, “I’m sorry I ever let you waste my time with this.” He said it’s not about Sami Zayn, it’s about Solo Sikoa.

That is when Sami Zayn left, but he had a word with Jey Uso before he departed. This was quite an interesting start to SmackDown as the Bloodline storyline drama continued building.
