A departure was not on the agenda for Enzo Le Fée this summer. But the approach of Roma has turned everything upside down for Rennes and the young midfielder. The Italian club, whose new sporting director is Florent Ghisolfi who therefore knows Ligue 1 well, had set its sights on the player and had even made an initial offer of 18 million. The latter had been rejected by Rennes who were expecting at least 20 million, his purchase price from Lorient a year ago.

Despite this first refusal, the 24-year-old player had already reached an agreement with Rome as we revealed to you. Now the two clubs had to agree to finalize this transfer. And according to our information close to the Italian board, an agreement is very close between the two parties. Even if everything is not yet completely finalized, Enzo Le Fée should sign on the Serie A side in the coming days.
