No doubt frustrated by his evening against Al-Hilal, Cristiano Ronaldo was having a bad time when he returned to the locker room.

It was certainly only a friendly match but the clash between Al-Nassr and Al-Hilal unleashed passions. And Cristiano Ronaldo will keep bitter memories of his evening. However, it had started well: the Portuguese was indeed smiling before the match when the famous wrestler Undertacker presented the trophy which awaited the winner.

But that smile quickly faded. Consequence of the defeat conceded by Al-Nassr. Al-Hilal won 2-0 and at the half-hour mark the fate of the match was already sealed since Milinlovic-Savic and Aldawsari had allowed the leaders of the Saudi championship to make the break.

Targeted by the public

And Cristiano Ronaldo, totally harmless, could have had it all the worse as he was entitled to preferential treatment from Al-Hilal supporters. The latter have indeed multiplied the “Messi!” Messi! Messi! » as soon as the former Madrilenian touched the ball. An attention which visibly affected the Portuguese. In any case, he had the mask on at the end of the meeting, especially during the trophy presentation.

The five-time Ballon d’Or winner was so angry that he made an obscene gesture in response to yet another provocation as he was about to enter the tunnel leading to the locker room. While a supporter had just thrown an Al-Hilal jersey at him, the native of Funchal took care to pick it up before putting it in his shorts and then throwing it on the ground with force, grumbling a few joys. A sequence which did not fail to arouse very strong reactions.
