According to former WWE talent Ronda Rousey, an Evolution 2 was in the works. The one and only Evolution event took place in 2018 and was such a cool moment for women’s wrestling fans.
In fact, it was such an empowering event that fans have been wanting it back ever since. Rousey, who main evented Evolution against Nikki Bella by defending the Raw Women’s Title, recently sat down with Ring the Belle to give a little tea.
Ronda Rousey revealed that Evolution 2 was being planned in 2019, just 'six weeks' after WrestleMania 35, with a singles match between her and Becky Lynch in the works.

Rousey explained that after her main eventing WrestleMania 35 with Charlotte Flair and Becky Lynch in 2019, she was approached for doing Evolution 2 in just “six weeks” after Mania. She was to have a singles match against then-double champion Lynch.
She explains why she couldn’t participate both with promising her family for time off and also she shattered her knuckle. She would go on to say that she hopes the event does come back and emphasizes that they do not need her for it to happen.
