Roxanne Perez has regained the gold.

At NXT Stand & Deliver, Roxanne Perez challenged Lyra Valkyria for the NXT Women’s Championship. Perez previously got a title shot at NXT Vengeance Day, but Lola Vice cashed in her NXT Women’s Breakout Tournament. Roxanne made the most of her opportunity on Saturday. She and Valkyria battled it out in a hard-fought match, and in the end, Perez scored the win as she made Valkyria tap out to win the title.

This marks Perez’s second reign as the NXT Women’s Champion. She previously won the title by defeating Mandy Rose on the December 13, 2022, episode of NXT.

Valkyria won the championship for the first time by defeating Becky Lynch at NXT: Halloween Havoc Night One on October 24.

Here’s how the match broke down, courtesy of our play-by-play coverage:

Perez tosses Valkyria into the ring and hits Pop Rox, but the champion kicks out at two. The challenger freaks out and goes back to attacking the arm. Tatum Paxley comes through the crowd. Paxley and Valkyria collide on the outside, which allows Perez to take control again.

After a back-and-forth battle inside the ring, Perez hits Pop Rox again, locks Valkyria in a crossface, and gets the champion to tap out for our first title change of the evening.
