Roxanne Perez‘s challenger at WWE NXT Heatwave has been determined.
Lola Vice sent a message to NXT Women’s Champion Roxanne Perez on the June 25 episode of WWE NXT. After Perez beat Karmen Petrovic, Vice laid her out and took her title.
Backstage, after giving the title to general manager Ava, Vice said that she wanted a title shot at NXT Heatwave.
Roxanne Perez subsequently took her title back, and Ava told her that she could get revenge when she defended the championship against Vice at NXT Heatwave.
Vice previously won the NXT Women’s Breakout Tournament. She scored a big win by defeating Shayna Baszler in an NXT Underground match at NXT Battleground.
