Manchester United manager has made a decision on the future of on-loan attacker Marcus Rashford.

The English star joined Aston Villa on loan in the winter transfer window and after regaining his form for Unai Emery’s side, he has been called up to the England squad.

Rashford started Thomas Tuchel’s first match in charge of the Three Lions and although he did not play well, he has turned around his career after leaving Man United on loan.

Villa have an option to sign the player in a permanent move in the summer for £40m but a final decision is yet to be made on his future.

According to Daily Star, Amorim is not looking forward to welcoming Rashford back at the club if Villa decide to send him back to Old Trafford.

The Man United boss and Rashford had a fall-out at the club and their relationship is beyond repair.

The club’s hierarchy have made up their mind to offload Rashford permanently in the summer and use that money to reinvest in the squad.

Rashford has four assists in nine appearances for Villa and has qualified for the quarterfinals of the Champions League. Emery has been able to get the best out of him at Villa Park where the attacker has played without pressure and spotlight on him.

As per the report, United could increase the asking price of Rashford from £40m to £60m after his impressive performance on his loan move to Villa.

It would be a sad end to Rashford’s United career but it is much needed at this stage and could work well for both the player and the club.

He has been inconsistent at United for a long time now, whether it is because of the pressure of playing for a big club or for some other reason remains a mystery.

United have started working on a deal to bring Eintracht Frankfurt attacker Hugo Ekitike to Old Trafford.
