RUMOR KILLER On Tiffany Stratton vs. Bianca Belair SmackDown Match

Not so much? The rise of social media has changed the way the wrestling world works, as there are all kinds of ways for wrestlers to get their thoughts out to the fans. This can go in a variety of ways, with some of them being less than positive. That appeared to be the case again this week, but it seems that the result might not be as negative as rumors would lead you to believe.

Earlier this week, Tiffany Stratton posted a video to her Instagram Stories, with a voiceover referring to Bianca Belair as a “Black b****””, though the video has since been taken down. This led to a rumor that Stratton’s scheduled match against Belair on this week’s SmackDown was canceled, but according to PWInsider.com, the match is still on. There is nothing to suggest that Stratton is in any trouble backstage in WWE.

Stratton has been nothing short of a star. Check out what she can do:

Opinion: Assuming the statement on the video is accurate, it would not surprise me to see Stratton get in some hot water. At the same time, it has not gotten a ton of distribution and if that is the case, things might not be as bad as they could. For now, Stratton seems to be doing well enough, though it should be interesting to see what happens with her match this week on SmackDown.
