RUMOR: WWE Moving PLE’s Back To Sundays

This is only a rumor, so take it for what it’s worth. While speaking at the post-show press conference following the most recent UFC Fight Night event in St. Louis, UFC President Dana White noted that WWE will be moving their PLEs back to Sundays.

He said the following:

“Yeah, we already have those dates set up right now, where Power Slap goes Friday and UFC goes Saturday. And then you’re going to see Friday, Power Slap, Saturday, UFC, and Sunday, WWE. You’ll start seeing that stuff, too.”

TKO Group Holdings owns both WWE and UFC.

Editor’s Opinion:

This actually makes sense, because why would TKO have its own entities compete against one another? Also, for decades, Sunday night has been the traditional night for pay-per-view events for WWE, and bringing it back to that would bring familiarity to most of its audience.
