Shemar Moore and Jesiree Dizon are no longer together. The 54-year-old S.W.A.T. star and the 41-year-old model have split up after almost five years together, according to TMZ. They are said to have split “recently” and will remain friends and co-parents to their daughter Frankie Melelina Kapule Moore, who was born in early 2023.
