Salma Hayek shares rare photos of stepson Augie for 18th birthday tribute: ‘You bring warmth and light to everyone’

Salma Hayek showed love to her stepson Augustin “Augie” James Evangelista as he celebrated his 18th birthday.

The “Grown Ups” actress took to Instagram on Friday to share rare photos of Augie taken over the years.

“Happy 18th bday Augie You’re officially a full grown up man who just became legal at least in Mexico and France. 😱,” Hayek joked as she congratulated him.

“Your gentle heart is like healing caress in our lives because you bring warmth and light to everyone around you. Keep bringing the laughter and joy. We love you so much ❤️❤️❤️,” she added.

In the opening slide, Hayek can be seen hugging the birthday boy in a tight embrace while he smiled for the photo as they enjoyed a cruise on the water at sunset.

Hayek’s husband, François-Henri Pinault, welcomed Augie with supermodel Linda Evangelista in 2006.

All three parents were featured in Hayek’s celebratory social media post as she included several sweet throwback photos of François’ other two children: daughter Mathilde and son François.

Hayek also included a photo of Pinault and their daughter, Valentina, among the collection.

Linda echoed Hayek’s endearing caption, commenting, “1️⃣8️⃣ years of 💞.”

Hayek celebrated her own birthday last month. The actress shared a collection of bikini-clad photos to her Instagram as she flaunted her widely praised figure on her 57th birthday.

“Birthday bikini dump, happy 58th birthday to me! 🎂❤️🎉P.s none of these are throwbacks,” the actress told her Instagram followers in September.

She also translated the caption in Spanish, adding, “Fotos de cumpleaños en bikini, ¡feliz cumpleaños 58 para mí! 🎂❤️🎉 P.D. ninguna de estas fotos es del pasado.”
