Salman Khan is a true-blue gentleman and never ceases to steal hearts with his charm everytime he gets papped. Saturday night was no different! The actor was seen at the trailer launch of biopic Dharamveer 2 and he rightly took centre stage. Among several videos doing rounds on the internet, one that has our attention definitely will be Salman Khan greeting Jeetendra and Govinda with a warm hug.

The makers hosted the trailer launch event of the Marathi film Dharmaveer 2 on July 20 in Mumbai. The mega events saw Salman Khan arriving in a simple yet dashing look wearing a black T-shirt and black pants. Upon arrival, he posed for paps and greeted everyone on stage. After greeting everyone, Salman Khan was honoured on stage with a shawl and a flower bouquet. When Salman was called on stage, he personally greeted all the dignitaries present. His happiness was evident as he met Govinda, doing a little dance before hugging the Partner co-star. He also greeted Jeetendra, Boman Irani and Ashok Saraf. Have a look at the video:
At the event, the Tiger 3 actor also spoke about the film and said, “Pehle screening ke liye aaya tha main aur wo picture bohot badi hit hogi, aur meri prarthana dua ye (#Dharmaveer2) hai ki ye usse bhi badi hit ho jaye. Thank you, Jai Hind, Jai Maharashtra. (I came for the screening of the first film and it was a massive success. I pray to God that this movie surpasses that.)”
About Dharmaveer 2
Dharmaveer 2, following the success of its predecessor, aims to delve deeper into the life and legacy of the late Shiv Sena leader Anand Dighe. He is considered to be CM Eknath Shinde’s political mentor. The film will release on August 9, weeks ahead of the state assembly polls.
Salman’s upcoming movies
On the work front, Salman has been busy with the shooting of his upcoming movie Sikandar with Rashmika Mandanna. Directed by AR Murugadoss and produced by Sajid Nadiadwala, the film is expected to be released during the Eid weekend of 2025.
