In April this year, two men opened fire at Salman Khan’s residence in Bandra – Galaxy Apartments. While the investigation of the same is currently underway with several accused being arrested, the Khan family has been vigilant about their safety. However, a report has now surfaced with regards to a woman threatening Salman Khan’s father, Salim Khan with Lawrence Bishnoi’s name.

For the unversed, the Bishnoi gang claimed responsibility for the attack on Khan’s home earlier this year. Lawrence’s brother, Anmol Bishnoi, revealed via a Facebook post that he was responsible for the orchrasting the shooting.

Woman threatens Salman Khan’s father Salim Khan during morning walk

As reported by Hindustan Times, a burqa-clad woman reportedly threatened actor Salim Khan at Mumbai’s Carter Road on Wednesday. As per the report, a man and a woman on a bike threatened Salman Khan’s father using the name of jailed gangster Lawrence Bishnoi. The woman approached Salim and said, “Lawrence Bishnoi ko bulau kya (should I call Lawrence Bishnoi)”.

The Bandra police have booked two people and are tracing them. However, the police said the incident appeared to be a prank. The duo approached Salim while the veteran screenwriter was sitting at a promenade after returning from his morning walk.

Salman Khan has made sure to tighten the security around him and his family ever since the shooting incident. The actor was seen leaving the city early this morning surrounded amid heavy security.
