“I always look forward to this time, especially because I love having iftar every day,” she added.

Though she is not able to keep rozas (fasts) due to her work commitments, she calls herself fortunate as she is currently shooting in Rishikesh.

She said, “I am shooting for my upcoming film Charitraheen, so this year it’s not possible for me to keep the Rozas. But it’s amazing how life works; last year during Ramadan, I was in Mecca, Saudi Arabia, for my Umrah. And this year, I am in Rishikesh, which is known as Shiv Ji’s land. I am so blessed that this year, in this beautiful month, I am here in Rishikesh, and last year I celebrated Ramadan. In Mecca, people may see this in different ways, but I take it as a blessing.”

“I feel fortunate that I am able to do my work while also being in such a holy place, where we are shooting at some beautiful locations. Since childhood, my family has taught me the significance of this holy month. While I may not always be able to keep every fast due to my shooting schedule, whenever I get the chance, I do,” she added.

For her, Ramadan is a time of deep spiritual connection. “Just being surrounded by such divine energy strengthens me. I feel blessed to receive all of God’s grace,” Sara concluded.
