Akshay Kumar starrer Sarfira film’s first look poster is out now. Akshay’s beard look gives us goosebumps. His appearance is undeniably intriguing and new. Adding to the excitement, the makers have announced the trailer release date for Sarfira, set in the world of start-ups and aviation.

Alongside the first look poster, the makers revealed that the trailer for Sarfira will be released on June 18, with the movie scheduled to hit theatres on July 12. Akshay Kumar shared the poster on his Instagram, writing, “The story of a man who dared to dream big! And for me, this is a story, a character, a film, an opportunity of a lifetime!”

According to the filmmakers, Sarfira aims to entertain audiences while also inspiring the common man to dream big and chase their aspirations, regardless of how impossible they may seem. Besides Akshay, the movie will feature Paresh Rawal, Radhika Madan, and Seema Biswas in key roles.

‘Sarfira’ is reportedly a remake of Suriya’s ‘Soorarai Pottru’, which is itself an adaptation of G. R. Gopinath’s memoir ‘Simply Fly: A Deccan Odyssey’.The film is written by Sudha and Shalini Ushadevi, with dialogues by Pooja Tolani.

Directed by National Award-winning director Sudha Kongara, the movie is a GV Prakash Kumar musical. It is being produced by Aruna Bhatia, South superstars Suriya and Jyotika, and Vikram Malhotra (Abundantia Entertainment).

On the work front, Akshay Kumar has a busy schedule with several movies lined up, including Khel Khel Mein, Sky Force, Welcome to the Jungle, Jolly LLB 3, Shankara, Hera Pheri 3, and Vedat Marathe Veer Daudle Saat. The seasoned star is also set to make extended cameos in Singham Again and Kannappa.
