According to the outlet, Osceola County sheriff’s deputies responded to a home on Wednesday, November 20. When they arrived they reportedly found Kelsey with a hammer that they allegedly had to “wrestle” from her hands.

Kelsey’s roommate alleged that she tried to save the 14-year-old from her mother when the mother used the hammer to attack her.

“[Kelsey Golver] took her minor daughter off of her insulin, [making the 14-year-old sick],” prosecutors reportedly explained at a recent filing. “Glover put her daughter in the bathtub and grabbed her by the hair and held her head underwater, [and the hammer attack happened because the roommate tried to save the girl.]”

Furthermore, Fox 35 Orlando has reported that Giselle Glover was “vomiting, not eating, and feeling weak” before the fatal incident.

Per WESH, the investigation into what occurred at the homes remains “ongoing and active.”

“What happened to her is unimaginable, and we are determined to get justice for Giselle,” Sheriff Marcos Lopez told reporters at a recent press conference.

Meanwhile, Fox 35 Orlando adds that Kelsey Glover will remain behind bars at least until her next court hearing on December 4.

A Mom In Atlanta Has Been Sentenced For Her Alleged Actions Toward Her Children

Kelsey Glover isn’t the only mother to make headlines for her alleged actions toward her child. As The Shade Room previously reported, earlier this month, Lamora Williams, a mother in Atlanta, was sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole.

In October 2017, Williams allegedly placed her two toddler sons in an oven. Then, she allegedly sent the footage to their father, who described the incident as a “real horror movie.”
