According to the complaint, Sean numerous false representations” to the company and claimed that he had a “current and ongoing working relationship” with singer Justin Bieber.

Sean and Justin, 30, previously worked together on the 2010 song “Eenie Meanie” and the 2011 song “Won’t Stop.”

The suit claims that Sean promised to produce promotional videos with Justin for the company in order to reduce his payments and credit toward the price of items he purchased from them. They later found out that Sean had “no ongoing working” relationship with Justin.
