Manchester United are on the verge of signing a teenage defensive midfielder.
On Thursday evening, transfer news expert Fabrizio Romano revealed that Manchester United had agreed to sign Sekou Kone from Guidars FC.
The 18-year-old Mali-born starlet had been attracting interest from multiple clubs this summer and it is understood that United have beaten RB Salzburg, Crystal Palace and Everton to his signature.
In a new update, Romano claims the deal is 100% done, with documents set to be signed once Kone completes his medical next week.

Kone is considered a top talent for the future and is expected to feature initially in the youth teams. It is rumoured United will pay a fixed fee in the region of £1m for the prospect, with add-ons included.
The deal should be made official by early next week.
