Selena Gomez is rocking a bold red lip for an evening out at the 2024 Cannes Film Festival. The 31-year-old actress and Rare Beauty founder arrived in France for the festival on Friday (May 17). She was seen grabbing a bite to eat and getting some shopping done earlier in the day. For the evening, she changed into a fitted navy dress with off-the-shoulder sleeves and an elaborate neckline.
