The experienced Spanish defender, Sergio Ramos, will certainly not sign for the Italian giant.
Zamalek say they are still in negotiations with Real Madrid legend Sergio Ramos. Instead of signing with Juventus, where he was expected to replace Bremer, the former Parisian therefore has a good chance of joining Egypt.
Ramos is a free agent after leaving Sevilla this summer. Discussions were held with the Egyptian giants and both sides trying to find common ground.
Egypt’s appeal for Ramos
“Some agents and mediators are working on this opportunity. Sergio Ramos is of course a great player who has won everything with Real Madrid and Spain. He would be a great player for any Middle Eastern or African team Zamalek media coordinator Ahmed Shawky told ESPN.
“There is nothing concrete at the moment, and the player has great financial demands. We should also not forget that Zamalek have recently recruited other central defenders. It would be a huge boost for Egyptian football, more prestige for Zamalek and the championship (if we manage to seal the deal)”added the Egyptian leader.
