Since the start of the season, AC Milan has alternated between good and bad. In Serie A, Paulo Fonseca’s players did not respond and were in 8th place unworthy of their standards before facing Hellas Verona this Friday. Again in the first half, the Rossoneri were disappointing. Despite a slight domination, the Milanese did not create many clear chances.

It was in the second half that the locals were able to seek victory. And once again the answer came from Tijjani Reijnders. Sparkling this season, the Dutch midfielder opened the scoring with a beautiful curling shot after a superb caviar from Youssouf Fofana (1-0, 56th). A single goal which allowed Milan to get a precious victory to reposition themselves in 7th place in the Serie A standings. For their part, Hellas Verona sinks and is in 17th place.
