This victory will be good for the heads. Beaten by Inter Milan last weekend after 6 victories in a row, Bologna returned to victory this Friday against Empoli (0-1). A success which nevertheless took time to take shape since Giovanni Fabbian, the only scorer of the match, found the net on the gong, in the 94th minute (0-1).

Thanks to this success, Thiago Motta’s men consolidate their 4th place in Serie A, synonymous with direct qualification for the Champions League, and keep AS Roma, 5th, on 6 points. Empoli, for its part, is in 17th position but remains at the mercy of Frosinone and Sassuolo.
