This Sunday, several matches of the 37th day of Serie A were played at different times. In this sense, a duplex was offered to us at 3 p.m. And as the end of the season approaches, it is necessary to take points for several transalpine teams. This was particularly the case of Frosinone. On the Monza pitch, the promoted team had the obligation to win to move away from the red zone. Very quickly, Walid Cheddira allowed the visitors to take the lead (0-1, 9th). Having a large advantage in possession, Monza was never able to get back into the game. However, this setback will remain anecdotal for the Lombard team.

For his part, Frosinone is doing a superb operation. 17th before kick-off, Eusebio Di Francesco’s flock performed superbly. Traveling to Udine, Empoli long believed they had made the perfect hold-up against the Friuli club thanks to a penalty at the end of the match converted by M’Baye Niang (90th). Finally, the Tuscan club was caught in the 13th minute of added time by a penalty converted by Lazar Samardzic in a stormy end to the match and two red cards against Empoli. Thus, Empoli remains 18th while Udinese maintains its 17th place, worrying with one day remaining. As a reminder, they are traveling to Frosinone for the last day which already promises to be exciting.
