It’s downfall season for Naples. Champions of Italy last season, the Partenopei are today mired in the soft underbelly of the Championship. And this Friday, their draw against Fiorentina (2-2) did not help their case. At the start of the match, Rrahmani had nevertheless unblocked the situation in favor of Naples (8th, 0-1), before Biraghi (40th, 1-1), then Nzola (42nd, 2-1), responded.

Khvicha Kvaratskhelia’s equalizer after returning from the locker room was only a consolation prize (2-2, 57th) since Naples remains 9th with this draw. A place which does not give them any qualification for the European Cup. They will have one match left to hope to grab 8th position, occupied by… Fiorentina.
