Juventus Turin arrives on the podium. The Old Lady had to win today against Monza, already maintained for a few matches, to overtake Bologna. The game started piano piano, before everything accelerated around the 20th minute of play. Federico Chiesa opened the scoring, after having fun with a Monza defender, and perfectly crossed his shot (1-0, 24th ). The Italian once again had a good game, which bodes well a few weeks before the Euro.

A few minutes after the Italian winger’s goal, Alex Sandro, for his last match with the Piedmont club, scored a goal from a corner from Nicolò Fagioli (2-0, 28th), who played his second match since his return from suspension (illicit betting). The Brazilian played his 337th match with the Bianconeri this evening, equaling a certain Pavel Nedved. Massimiliano Allegri thus succeeded in his last and leaves with a victory for his farewell. Juventus Turin, despite a more complicated second part of the season in 2024, manages to take 3rd place and will play well in the Champions League next season. Monza finishes the season 12th and will play a third season in the elite of Italian football.
