Lecce is no longer bottom of Serie A. If the Puglia club did not win against Empoli this Friday (1-1), as part of the 12th day, it at least took a point which allows it to temporarily climb to 18th place in the championship.

Trailing after a goal from ex-Monegasque Pietro Pellegri in the first period (33rd, 0-1), Rémi Oudin’s teammates finally reacted thanks to Pierotti during the second act (77th, 1-1). In the ranking, Lecce therefore still remains relegated, while Empoli is 10th.
