Seth Rollins is ready for a fight, and now he is cleared to compete.

Cody Rhodes came to the ring on the March 4 episode of WWE RAW and looked forward to his WrestleMania match against Roman Reigns. He noted that he first had to deal with a distraction, as The Rock had delivered a 21-minute promo and talked at length in a long segment on SmackDown.

Cody acknowledged that he did speak to The Rock after the Royal Rumble, but The Rock told him that the fans did not want to see him face Reigns. Instead, the people wanted to see Reigns face “The Great One.” He brought up The Rock’s challenge to a tag team match, and he invited Seth Rollins to come to the ring. Rollins wanted to know what Rhodes was thinking. Cody noted that Rollins had offered to have his back. He stated that the road up to this point has been twisted, and he said he would understand if Rollins decided to focus on his own title match instead.

Seth Rollins Responds

Rollins responded by saying he would handle Drew McIntyre, and taking down The Bloodline was the biggest thing they could do. He told Cody that he, like Rhodes, had to finish the story by giving the power back to the people. Rollins said Reigns was close to having absolute power. He said he was “kind of over” The Rock. He claimed that The Rock was no longer The People’s Champion. Instead, he was “Diarahhea Dwayne”, as everything he said was like baby poop.

Rollins noted that The Rock threatened his title reign, and he dared him to try. He then announced that he was 100% cleared from injury, so he would be at SmackDown to confront The Bloodline. Rollins asked Rhodes if he had his back, and Rhodes delivered his own message to The Rock. He said he was coming to SmackDown alongside Rollins on Friday to confront The Bloodline. Cody said they would make it clear what would happen at WrestleMania 40.

Rollins last wrestled on the January 15 episode of WWE RAW. There, he suffered a torn MCL and a partially torn meniscus that has sidelined him.
