Seth Rollins has been the World Heavyweight Champion for several months now but an injury might have affected that when it comes to long-term plans. Rollins is determined to have Cody Rhodes choose him as his WrestleMania 40 opponent and he sent a video in that light once again.

During this week’s episode of Monday Night RAW, Cody Rhodes more or less made it clear he was going after Roman Reigns at WrestleMania 40. However, Seth Rollins intervened and made the case for him to be Rhodes’ opponent instead.

To further make his case, Rollins even made a short video package for Rhodes. Rollins took to Twitter and posted a second video message, addressing Cody Rhodes and his decision. In the video, Rollins questions Rhodes about his aspirations, asking if he wants to be a champion like Hulk Hogan or Dusty Rhodes.

”If your past has been your North Star, then the path to finishing your story is right in front of you.

We have also reported what’s the plan for Seth Rollins’ WrestleMania 40 opponent. Cody Rhodes has revealed that he will make an appearance on the February 2 edition of SmackDown this Friday, so it remains to be seen how his appearance will turn out.
