Seth Rollins has a lot of disdain for CM Punk and he never fails to take a shot at the Second City Saint whenever possible. Therefore it’s no surprise he decided to deal with hot-wing torture over compliment The Second City Saint.
Since CM Punk’s return to WWE in November 2023, Seth Rollins has consistently made numerous fiery comments about the former WWE Champion. This includes the fact that Rollins believes he would fare better than Punk in the UFC.
During an appearance on Hot Ones Versus, Seth Rollins faced the choice of saying three nice things about CM Punk or eating another spicy wing. After hesitating, Rollins opted to eat the wing.
“[Laughs] God…you know what, here’s the thing about Punk. I’m sure there are some nice things to say about him. But this is a game of choice. I would rather suffer through this hot wing than say anything publicly nice about him. Yeah. This one’s for you, Punk. [Bites wing] Well here’s one thing I’ll say [that’s] nice about him. He’s a man of conviction, and so am I,” Rollins remarked as he bit into the wing.”
Seth Rollins is also disappointed he can’t stomp CM Punk’s head in at WrestleMania 40 due to Punk’s injury. We will have to wait and see when Seth Rollins and CM Punk will properly feud, once Punk makes his triumphant return from injury.
