Seth Rollins is no stranger to hitting the Curb Stomp on his foes. If he could do it to any one athlete, Rollins knows exactly who it would be.
Speaking with Sports Illustrated, World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins was asked what athlete he’d like to hit with his signature move. Rollins was quick to point to Aaron Rodgers, a former Green Bay Packers quarterback who often defeated his beloved Chicago Bears.
“It’s got to be Aaron Rodgers, man,” said Rollins. “I’m a Bears fan–I had to deal with that for years and years and years. Just suffering, him just owning my team. By the end of it, he was just making light of it because it was so easy for him, and I didn’t like that, I didn’t appreciate it. And now, he’s made a fool of himself the past few years, so I’d love to put a boot in the back of his head. That’d be great. Sorry A-Rod.”
Throughout his career, Rodgers compiled a 24-5 record against the Bears during his time in Green Bay. Ahead of the 2023 season, Rodgers was traded to the New York Jets. The move ended his time in the same division as the Bears.
Seth Rollins is currently waiting to see who he will face at WWE WrestleMania 40. An Elimination Chamber match will determine his next challenger. More information is available here.
