SEVENTEEN is kicking off their U.S. tour! The K-pop group kicked off their much-anticipated SEVENTEEN [RIGHT HERE] WORLD TOUR IN U.S. on Tuesday (October 22) at Allstate Arena in Rosemont, Ill. After two sold-out shows in Goyang, Korea in front of 58,000 audience members, SEVENTEEN returned to the U.S. stage for the first time in over two years in Chicago. The show sold out on the first day of the presale! SEVENTEEN delivered a 3-hour set packed with 22 songs from their discography including “Super,” “God of Music,” and “Adore U,” starting with a special rendition of “Fear,” representing their past struggles, moving into “Fearless,” symbolizing their resilience, and ending with “MAESTRO,” a “testament to their growth into global stage dominators,” per a release. This theme ties into their latest album SPILL THE FEELS, which reflects the band’s transformative journey from helplessness to hope. Live performances of tracks from the new album were presented to the U.S. fans for the first time, including “LOVE, MONEY, FAME (feat. DJ Khaled).” SEVENTEEN’s three units – hip-hop, performance, and vocal – each performed their respective unit tracks from the album: “Candy,” “Rain,” and “Water.” At one point, SEVENTEEN treated fans to a playful mini-musical inspired by their own YouTube series Going Seventeen, bringing tracks like “Oh My!” and “Snap Shoot” to life in a fun adventure through a jungle and the ocean. “Thank you so much for showing us endless love and support even if we’re not able to see each other often. We’ll definitely be back here soon so just wait for that. We love you,” said JOSHUA to the crowd. S.COUPS added: “Until the thirteen of us are together again, let’s stay together and protect each other while enjoying ourselves.” SEVENTEEN will perform on Good Morning America on October 30. They’ve also partnered with Spotify for a pop-up, ‘Carat Station NYC,’ on October 26, alongside their New York shows. They will be transforming Los Angeles into a “concert play park” with SEVENTEEN THE CITY Los Angeles as well. More surprises are still to come! SEVENTEEN will continue their tour with upcoming stops in Belmont Park, New York (October 25 & 27), San Antonio (October 31 & November 1), Oakland (November 5 & 6), and Los Angeles (November 9 & 10).
