Shinsuke Nakamura appeared on tonight’s episode of WWE SmackDown, and did also debuted a slightly different version of his theme song in the process.
The new theme song doesn’t differ too much from his older one, but features a bit more of an operatic chorus during it, along a remixed section after the iconic violin section of his song. The new theme also features a new look on the jumbotron, with a full moon bathed in light visible behind Nakamura when he enters.
After debuting his new theme, Nakamura went to work in the ring against Andrade. Nakamura walked out with a win after throwing Andrade into an exposed turnbuckle, and then hitting the Kinshasa for the win. After the match, LA Knight came running down to the ring, only to be met by Nakamura’s black mist, which stunned the WWE United States Champion.
