Solo Sikoa says The Rock’s return was part of the plan.

The Rock made his return at WWE Bad Blood. He came to the stage after Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes and Roman Reigns beat Solo Sikoa and Jacob Fatu of The Bloodline.

Fans on social media shared footage of The Bloodline watching The Rock’s return, and Solo Sikoa said, “It’s part of the plan.”

The Rock had been absent from WWE programming since the April 8 episode of WWE RAW. There, he told Rhodes that he would be coming back for him. During his time away, Sikoa took over The Bloodline, whereas The Rock had been at the forefront of the group heading into WrestleMania 40 alongside Reigns.

Triple H On The Rock’s Return

During the WWE Bad Blood post-show press conference, Triple H was asked to comment on when fans could possibly see The Rock again. He noted that “The Final Boss” did what he wanted to do when he wanted to do it.

“I think the key word there was as he pleases. [Laughs],” he said. “The Rock’s The Rock, and he’s going to be able to do, I think you saw that last time The Final Boss was here, that whether we were on the air, off the air, still rolling cameras, not rolling cameras, he kind of does what he wants to do when he wants to do it. That’s the cool thing about being The Final Boss, I think, and he has that. He’s The Rock. He can do what he wants to do.
