WWE’s new EVOLVE brand just finalized its announce team, and it’s bringing a mix of fresh energy and familiar faces.
PWInsider confirmed that “Peter Rosenberg and Robert Stone will be the announcing team for WWE EVOLVE when the series premieres this Wednesday 3/5 on Tubi in the United States and internationally on WWE’s YouTube.”
Rosenberg, best known for his work on WWE pre-show panels and The Bump, is stepping into his first major play-by-play role for the company. His transition from analyst to full-time commentator is a big move, and he’s not doing it alone. Robert Stone, a longtime presence in WWE NXT, will be joining him behind the desk.
The announcement was made official when WWE Hall of Famer Shawn Michaels appeared on ESPN Radio in NYC with Rosenberg to unveil his role with EVOLVE. Michaels’ involvement in the brand has been significant, helping shape the future of WWE’s developmental system.
With EVOLVE set to debut on March 5, airing Wednesdays at 8 PM ET on Tubi, all eyes will be on this new duo to see if they can bring a fresh sound to WWE’s latest project.
Will Rosenberg and Stone be the right voices for EVOLVE, or should WWE have gone in another direction? Drop your thoughts below!
