Stree 2 box office: Shraddha Kapoor-Rajkummar Rao starrer continues its glorious run; becomes the 6th film to cross Rs 500 Cr mark

Shraddha Kapoor and Rajkummar Rao have been entertaining the audience with their recently released movie Stree 2. The horror comedy is enjoying its glorious run at the box office and now, Stree 2 has achieved a new milestone. Amar Kaushik’s directorial venture has now crossed the Rs 500 crore mark in the Indian box office. That’s right! Earning ₹ 22.10 crore on the 18th day, Stree 2 total collection comes to ₹ 502.35 crore in domestic markets.

First Week – ₹289.60 crore

Second Week – ₹ 145.80 crore

Third Week

Friday- Day 16 – ₹ 9.25 crore

Saturday – Day 17 – ₹ 17.40 crore

Sunday – Day 18 – ₹ 22.10 crore

TOTAL: ₹ 502.35 crore

The movie has done phenomenal at the global markets as well. Stree 2 is now aiming to enter Rs 600 crore club soon as it has earned Rs 593 crore at the worldwide box office.

Bollywood Bubble gave 4 stars to Stree 2. A part of the review read, “Stree 2 is a fun watch that will have you laughing your heart out from the get-go till the end credit scenes roll by. The film is laced with humour, horror and an interesting story beautifully brought to life. Though you may assume what’s going to happen next, the film is still captivating thanks to the writing of Niren Bhatt. The film would definitely have gotten a 0.5 more had the second half been as entertaining as the first.”
